LUMIE
Lumières sur l‘inclusion en emploi (LUMIE), is a project aiming to prepare organizations of tomorrow in Quebec.
This project has allowed for the co-creation of a tailored and innovative training offer to meet the learning needs of employers regarding the challenges, needs, and understanding of good practices for the inclusion and retention of immigrant and racialized individuals in the workplace.
Intercultural Hiring
Sessions that had three objectives:

The Centre Génération Emploi, with its internal trainers, plans to conduct the training starting in 2024!

Les mercredis solutions
From 2019 to 2021, the Centre Génération Emploi conducted an awareness campaign aimed at employers in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension district to support their efforts to include immigrant or newly arrived individuals in the workplace.
The campaign brought together employers from various sectors to discuss challenges, potential solutions, and available tools to address the issues faced within their companies through a series of collective sharing meetings.
Toolbox
The project led to identifying the needs of employers and enabled the organization to create a comprehensive toolbox with relevant and useful resources to better support managers in businesses within the district.
Today, even though the campaign has ended, we are pleased to offer free access to the toolbox created and organized based on the information gathered during exchanges with participating business leaders.
