Mission

Centre Generation Emploi’s primary mission is the job preparation and integration of ethnic communities, visible minorities, youth and women of the Greater Montreal area.

In order to accomplish this mission, Generation Emploi offers different services related to preparation, integration and maintenance of employment:

 Evaluation of employment needs;
 Current job market information;
 Creative method of job search as developed by R.N. Bolles;
 Employment counselling, career orientation and support groups;
 Mentorship;
 Promotion of ethnocultural workers including youth and women workers
 Information sessions on Quebec’s socio-economic reality;
 Internships in the workplace.
